We are looking for a team player with track record of project delivery, on-time, on-budget and on-scope.

The right candidate will be responsible for effectively and efficiently:

  • Managing the operations function ensuring project installations are delivered on-time, within the required quality and that clients have been kept informed along the way and are satisfied at the end of the project.
  • Managing a team of project managers, technicians and installers to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Managing procurement and stock levels to ensure smooth delivery of the project within the quoted budget and timing of the project.
  • Self-managing and reporting to the exco team on operational measurements, project stats, stock etc.

This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to join a fast growing SME in the energy efficiency lighting space?

But if you believe that you can head up a sales team and you up for a challenge in an exciting and busy environment, then read on.

We are looking for a sales and business development manager who can close a deal and manage a sales team from lead sourcing through to closing the deal and managing the client through implementation.

Relight will only consider candidates who want to:

  • Establish annual sales targets for products, markets and regions
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully leading and growing a sales team.
  • Grow sales volume and product mix by keeping current with demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure marketing campaigns support the sales plan.
  • Measure and manage sales performance
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and accurate forecasts to the management team.
  • Support sales teams on key deals and closing where required.

You and your team will be responsible for the entire sales function including:

  • Lead sourcing (Cold Calling)
  • Qualifying Opportunities
  • Presenting Relight and it’s solutions to potential clients
  • Managing the client through a pilot/mini installation where necessary
  • Generating Quotes/Proposals/RFPs
  • CLOSING DEALS
  • Managing the client through installation
